We partner with a trusted network of courier service providers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your Bad Owl products.
Once your order is placed and successfully confirmed, an order confirmation along with a tracking link will be shared with your registered mobile number and/or email address. You can also track the status of your order using the āTrack Orderā option available on our Website.
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your delivery location and the efficiency of our courier partners.
In case our delivery partners are unable to reach your provided address or contact you at the time of delivery, they may get in touch with you directly to resolve the issue and attempt re-delivery.
Shipping fees and any applicable charges, including Cash on Delivery (COD) fees (if selected), are calculated and clearly displayed at the time of checkout.
If your order contains multiple products, they may be dispatched together or separately, depending on product availability and warehouse logistics.
