1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns and refunds are only applicable in cases where the product received is defective or damaged.
To qualify for a return:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Clear images/videos of the defect must be shared with our support team for verification.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

Change of mind after purchase.

Incorrect size selection.

Minor color differences due to lighting or screen variations.

Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Requests raised beyond the 48-hour window.
3. Return Process

Once your request is approved, our team will assist you with the return process.

The product may be picked up by our logistics partner or you may be required to ship it back to us.

All returned items will go through a quality inspection upon receipt.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the product passes our quality check.

The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Replacement Policy

Customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

In case the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
6. Important Note
Bad Owl reserves the right to decline any return or refund request if the product does not meet the above conditions or if any misuse is identified.
