At Bad Owl, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are applicable only under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as socks, balaclavas, innerwear, and personal-use accessories may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@badowl.in within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:
• Order ID
• Clear images or videos of the product highlighting the issue
• A brief description of the concern

Our team will review the request and get back to you with the next steps.


Return & Exchange Process
• Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where applicable
• In some cases, you may be requested to self-ship the product to us
• Products must pass a quality check upon receipt before any exchange or refund is processed

If approved:
• Exchange: A replacement product will be shipped based on availability
• Refund: Processed to the original mode of payment or as store credit, as applicable


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by misuse
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)


Refund Timelines
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after successful quality inspection
• Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our end


Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed


Important Notes
• Bad Owl reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria
• Decisions made by Bad Owl regarding returns and exchanges shall be final
